Hard to Believe

Many think it is hard to believe that we are actually willing to give away a free house, let alone cash and prizes. Survival of the Bold

During these challenging economic times, we must think outside the norm as I referred in my previous blog. I have personally been in the HVAC trades for over 30 years. I have been self employed for over 17 years with my Air Conditioning contracting company. The last three years, we have seen our income drop over 70%. This is not a unique situation. So many have lost jobs and self employed have been pushed out of business. I decided to try something new. As business began slowing, I bought a couple of old houses in a nice little town in northern Missouri. I have rehabbed the house and it turned out quite nice.
