Hard to Believe

Many think it is hard to believe that we are actually willing to give away a free house, let alone cash and prizes. Survival of the Bold

During these challenging economic times, we must think outside the norm as I referred in my previous blog. I have personally been in the HVAC trades for over 30 years. I have been self employed for over 17 years with my Air Conditioning contracting company. The last three years, we have seen our income drop over 70%. This is not a unique situation. So many have lost jobs and self employed have been pushed out of business. I decided to try something new. As business began slowing, I bought a couple of old houses in a nice little town in northern Missouri. I have rehabbed the house and it turned out quite nice. Thinking ourside the norm

These are some tough times for so many. With the bank failure roughing up the construction and trades, many find themselves out of work and need to figure out a different way to support themselves and their families.
